Just Buy Flowers has set the highest standards in delivering your orders on time and intact. We value your orders as priceless and take utmost care in handling your products delicately. We see to it that your ordered products reach in excellent condition at the recipient's end. We ensure the delivery of your ordered product personally to the recipient right into his hands.

But in the circumstances beyond our control and if we cannot deliver the ordered product to the recipient in person; the same is delivered to the third person, who the recipient has authorized to collect the delivery. Similarly if the delivery is to be made at the residence address, if the recipient is not at home, we will deliver the product to his neighbors as directed by the recipient.

In most of the cases, our delivery services have an element of surprise. In that we do not call the recipient beforehand. We will simply give the recipient a surprise by suddenly delivering your precious ordered product to him.

While placing your valued order at Just Buy Flowers, please provide us the correct contact number and the correct address of the recipient with landmarks if any. This will help us deliver your ordered product on time and with much ease. In cases, where incorrect, wrong or vague information of the recipient is provided, your ordered product may not be delivered. In such cases, Just Buy Flowers cannot be held responsible. Hence you are requested to check and ensure the correctness of address and the info of the recipient.

If you wish your order to be delivered at a specific time and day, please mention it specifically. Since our delivery network is of the highest standards, we will surely honor your request for timely delivery. But due to technical snags in delivery mechanism and in circumstances beyond our means we cannot assure you of the timely delivery of your ordered product. Different cities have different time zones and accordingly different delivery timings. Hence ensure that your requested specific time-delivery falls into these time zones.

In case of cakes, delivery of your ordered cakes is not possible in early mornings. Since cakes have to be fresh, we buy them just hours before the delivery schedule to ensure the quality and the ever freshness of cakes. During Christmas, Easter, and other important festivals and Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other theme-based festivities, all flower shops and gift shops do roaring business with their delivery networks getting over flooded with orders. In such cases also timely delivery may not be possible.

Just Buy Flowers embraces the highest quality standards in providing services to our customers. We ensure that your orders are delivered to your loved ones on time and in good condition. If we fail in our services due to snags or impediments in our delivery network you are welcome to lodge a complaint with us. We will take appropriate action that satisfies our customers.

If you would like to cancel your order it should be done 24 hours before delivery. In such cases you are entitled to full refund of the price. But we charge a small amount towards cancellation charges.

The images of products displayed on our site are just indicatory. Please note that actual products may differ in shapes, sizes, colors and designs.

If your ordered product, for some reason, is not available with us at the time of delivery, we substitute them with higher quality products with near matches in design and color aspects. In such a case, we seek your nod before delivery takes place. If the delivery process has already begun we will contact the recipient and try to seek his nod.

In case of international orders, once your order has been transmitted to our overseas office cancellation is not possible.

If the recipient at the other end found out that the quality of products delivered are substandard. The value of such product is refunded in either full or in part; or we will replace the product and redeliver. But such complaints should be substantiated or authenticated that the products delivered are truly substandard. However, Just Buy Flowers has a team of quality experts who shall evaluate such complaints and come to conclusion.

In cases of complaints, refunds and cancellations the decision of Just Buy Flowers is final and binding. Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, we assure you that all such cases are disposed off in favor of our customers only.
